What should I include in an order enquiry?
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of your question. If your enquiry concerns a particular item, include its product name and selected design or fragrance.
Can you help me choose a candle or a gift?
Yes. Tell us which fragrances, botanical designs and sizes you are considering. Every candle and wax sachet selection includes gift-box packaging. If you have a particular occasion date in mind, contact us before ordering to discuss timing.
